Every guide profile carries the languages they speak. The board shows each booking's language, so the right guide goes on the right tour.

The full manifest, not a summary

Pickup time, hotel, party size, child seats, lunch, payment (cash, ticket, prepaid), contact, operator, referral, and who entered it. The same fields your spreadsheet has today.

Printed pickup lists

Each guide gets a clean printed manifest for the day: hotels in pickup order, times, party sizes, and a legend in their own language.

Reference data, managed once

Hotels, vans, guides, operators, and child-seat options live in one place. Rename a van and every booking follows. No more retyping.

Every change tracked

A full activity log of who created, moved, or cancelled each booking. When a guest says “but I called last week”, the answer is one search away.

Secure sign-in, per person

Everyone gets their own account, so every booking and change is attributable. Office staff, guides, and each operator see only what their role allows.

    We load your operation

    Your tours, hotels, vans, guides, and operator agreements go in during onboarding. Day one starts with your real data, not an empty screen.

    Your office runs the day on the board

    Bookings come in by phone, email, or WhatsApp as they always have. Staff enter them once and the board, manifests, and totals stay current.

  3. 03

    Operators book through their own portal

    Your operators see live availability for the tours you grant them and book directly. The calls about “is there space Thursday” stop.

  4. 04

    Commissions settle themselves

    Each operator's percentage is stored in the system. Month end produces the settlement report per operator, computed per booking.
